Is an account needed?
No. For a one-time certificate, no account is required. Complete privacy; we don't store your documents, and we don't require registration.
What data do you collect?
For the single certificate, we do not collect your data. If you choose to receive the certificate by email, then we will use your email exactly for that: sending the certificate to you. Once this is done, we will delete your email from our system.
Can I recreate the certificate PDF?
Yes, for free. Simply go to the verification page, enter your document hash (or let the original document be hashed), and if the document is already certified, you'll have the option to download the PDF certificate again.
Is there a subscription fee?
No. CERTELO operates on a pay-per-certificate model. There are no monthly fees, subscriptions, or hidden costs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through our secure Stripe integration. Payment processing is PCI DSS compliant.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, refunds are only available before the certificate is committed to the blockchain. Once recorded, the transaction is permanent.
